I often have conversations in my head (doesnt everyone??) and I convince myself that I have invited everyone to my new program.

It is called Mental and Emotional Mastery for Women Membership.

It turns out that many of your friends still do not know about it. And so, I am sending out this email to tell you the barebones facts about it. You can find further details here.

What?
MEM is a membership for women who want to work on their mental and emotional wellbeing consistently, taking small steps in a supportive environment using the most effective tools which are simple and easy to implement.

Why?
Because life continously throws challenges at us and we want to respond to these in ways that are effective and aligned with how we want to show up in the world.

Also because:
we get no medals for being miserable!!
AND when mama's not happy, it seems that no one is happy!

Where?
We meet online via Zoom and have a private Facebook group.

What?
We choose different themes and topics for the month and dive deeply into the topic through masterclasses, creativity and art work, mindfuleness, journaling and live coaching sessions. The topic for this month is Emotional Intelligence and our first live session is today. Everything is recorded of course and available on a purpose built membership platform.

How much?
The membership subscription is $37USD monthly or $370USD annually at the moment. It will most likely be going up in the fall when we open registration again.

How to register?
