Is the fear of taking action stopping you from taking a small simple step?

!
We humans can be very funny. We usually know what we need to do long before we actually do it. It takes a while to muster up our courage and talk ourselves into taking action; there's something very scary about letting go of what we know, even if it’s making us unhappy.
Most of us choose unhappy over uncomfortable. It is sooo much easier to stay with what we know even when we know that it is not working.
Here's the thing: research shows that we greatly overestimate the discomfort that comes from taking action.
What this means is that if you can get yourself to start taking baby steps towards a desired outcome, you might be surprised at how much easier it is than what you imagined.
AND there is a bonus benefit that comes from taking action: when you experience small successes, it will add to your motivation to do more.
So what does this mean for your relationship? That taking the first step can be the most challenging and nerve racking part of the process.
We will be discovering practices which are deceptively simple and easy to do but very powerful and effective in increasing connection and decreasing conflict in long term relationships.
I have made it extremely accessible in terms of cost and time. You need a few minutes a day and about a $1 a day to improve connection, communication and stop conflict from damaging your relationship.
We start soon and I would love for you to join us!
Warm blessings
